Board of Directors
Leadership that comes from within.
Naut’sa mawt Tribal Council’s Board of Directors guides the organization in alignment with our values, mission, and strategic plan. Each member of the Board represents the elected leadership of one of our ten Member Nations — bringing the voice, vision, and lived reality of their community to every decision.
This is not governance from the outside in. It is leadership drawn from the Nations themselves.
ABOUT THE BOARD
One seat. One Nation. One shared purpose.
The Board of Directors meets bi-monthly to review the activities of the Tribal Council, share successes, align common interests, and support one another. After each election, the Chief is automatically appointed to the Board. A Band Council Resolution or Order will allow a Nation to appoint an alternative member from their council.
Every seat at this table represents a Nation. Every decision reflects a people.
