Naut’sa mawt Tribal Council’s Finance and Administration team provides responsive, relationship-based financial support to Member Nations. This includes offering training opportunities, providing hands-on assistance, and creating space for shared learning — so the people keeping Nation finances running never have to do it alone.

Every Nation deserves a finance team that is skilled, supported, and connected. NmTC’s Finance and Administration team is here to make sure that is always the case — whether that means stepping in during an unexpected vacancy, helping a Nation navigate a new funding opportunity, or building the day-to-day skills that keep operations running smoothly.

When a staffing gap opens up in a Member Nation finance department, NmTC steps in quickly and quietly — making sure nothing falls through the cracks while the Nation finds its footing. And when funding opportunities arise, the team works alongside Nation staff to identify, pursue, and secure resources that address real community priorities.

Training is a core part of this work too. From Microsoft Office programs to financial management skills, NmTC brings practical, hands-on learning directly to Nation finance staff — building confidence and capacity that stays with the people long after the session ends.

FINANCE NETWORK

Stronger together, one conversation at a time.

The Finance Network brings together Member Nation Finance Managers to discuss ongoing financial priorities and share successes, knowledge, and skills on a variety of topics. It is a collaborative space built on trust and practical mutual support — where Finance Managers can identify what they need from NmTC and build the working relationships that make the day-to-day a little easier.
