Special Projects

The needs of Member Nations are always evolving. This is how NmTC stays ready to meet them.

Beyond our core service areas, Naut'sa mawt Tribal Council pursues additional project funding to respond to emerging priorities. These projects are driven by what the Nations bring to us — and they reflect the full range of what walking alongside the Nations can look like.

No two projects are the same. That is the point.

Wills and Estate Management

Wills and estate planning is complex in any community. In First Nations communities, it carries additional layers: the importance of oral tradition, the intersection of federal and treaty law with community membership codes, and deep cultural considerations around land, property, and what we leave behind for those who come after us.
